A great hotel in a magnificent setting

Location is a short walk to Gurney Drive, the Botanical Garden, Tanjong Tokong, and Youth Park.

The location was fantastic, close to all the places we wanted to visit. the staff were friendly and looked after us. - the room was very spacious, with a large bed and a big fridge.

My Easter experience was great! the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the location, it was central and easy to get around. Complimentary Wi-Fi was a plus, especially for me as a blogger. the room was spacious and the view was breathtaking. the complimentary breakfast and room service were delicious and timely.

the parking lot was a nightmare, very cramped and hard to navigate.

During our check-in, we appreciated the thoroughness of the hotel's instructions to ensure the upkeep of the room. Although the deposit requirement was a bit surprising, it gave us peace of mind that the hotel took responsibility seriously. We were impressed by the spaciousness of our Premier Suite, complete with a queen-sized bed, kitchen, and living room furnished with quality items from IKEA. The three air conditioners kept the room comfortably cool. The massive toilet was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided.

The sofa bed in our Premier Suite was locked, even though it was advertised as part of the room. The hotel staff argued that there was an additional fee to unlock it, which we felt was misleading.

It was very clean and had convenient facilities, such as a full-size refrigerator and microwave. The location was perfect for us, as we were right around the corner from the Goodall food court and a convenience store. the hotel was located near a commercial area and adventist hospital, providing easy access to many amenities.

Nothing it was perfect.

We recently stayed at a hotel near the Goodall food court and were impressed with the location. the area was bustling with lots of options for food and shopping. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the city skyline. the bathroom was modern and well-equipped with toiletries. the staff provided excellent service and were very helpful; they even provided us with extra towels when we needed them. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a range of options to choose from. the leisure facilities, including the pool and gym, were also well-maintained and enjoyable.

The parking situation was a bit confusing and we were not sure where to park upon arriving at the hotel.
